Writing and Publications Layout

| Assortment of publications I've laid out for CAL. |
I've been an avid writer since about sixth grade when Mrs. Jones helped me realize I had a bit of a natural talent at it. In everything I do, my writing and communication skills have served me well. While working at the Center for Applied Linguistics (CAL), I wrote quite a few articles and research guides. These are a bit out of date now, but are still on the CAL site (under my maiden name, Sally Morrison). I've picked up quite a few graphic design and publications layout skills over the years, as well. I've laid out a number of publications, from small booklets to conference flyers and newsletters. I am self-taught and to modify an old cliche - Necessity is the mother of figuring it out.
